  • What facials are pregnancy safe?

    All of the Hyper Customized Biologique Recherché facials are pregnancy safe, as well as Fire + Ice, Dermaplane Facial, and the Glass Facial.

  • Will my skin breakout after a facial?

    There is always a potential for skin purging after a facial. I find the more consistent you are with facials the less likely it is to happen.

  • Can I go in the sun after a facial?

    Yes! You will NEVER leave my treatment room without SPF.

  • What do I need to avoid after the Perfect Peel or Chemical Peel??

    24 hr after a chemical peel or the Perfect Peel I ask that you avoid doing anything to your skin at all, no water, no cleansing, etc. Also, avoid exercise for 24 hours and sun exposure for 48-72 hours.

  • Does microneedling hurt?

    A topical numbing product is applied before the procedure to make it very comfortable.

  • How far apart do I book my microneedling appointments?

    Ideally 4 weeks.

  • Is there much downtime for microneedling?

    Usually around 24-48 hours of redness, typically looks like a bit of a sunburn. Some people experience some mild peeling for 48-72 hours after treatment.

  • What is the downtime for a Plexr Plasma skin treatment?

    On the face the carbon crust last 5-7 days. The key is keeping the area clean and dry and allowing it to heal naturally. With the eye area, we usually see 48 hours of swelling.

  • When will I start to notice results after my Plasma skin tightening treatment?

    There is an immediate skin tightening and contraction that happens, the results are gradual and peek between 8-10 weeks post-treatment.

  • Will I need to repeat the Plasma Skin Tightening Treatment ?

    Possibly. It depends on a few factors. Age, laxity of the skin, etc. Once desired results have been achieved the results last 3-4 years.

  • Can I go in the sun after a Plasma Skin Tightening Treatment?

    No. Think of this treatment as a laser treatment. The skin is hypersensitive to the sun. Ideal to avoid direct sunlight on the treated area for 4 weeks.
